MY storytelling experience began in an exercise class with
Kathi Gathercole (kathi's Clowns, and Not So Tall Tale Tellers) who felt that I had a future in the business. We shared a
common background since we both had worked as reservations agents for Delta Airlines, but not at the same time. Although we
both felt it was an excellent company to work for,and gave us invaluable marketing experience,we continued to follow a path
more in line with our dreams.

Along with kathi,I have told stories in the Dade County School
System for Thanksgiving, Fcat preperation, and appeared as Santa Claus at Christmas. For many months, along with other professional
tellers, we told stories at Casey Cagneys restraunt (now Chuck Wagon) in Kendall.

I continue to look for opportunities to tell stories. In addition
to Casey Cagney restaurant, I have been a warm up act for Ghost Stories at the Biltmore, I have appeared at Tellebration In
Key Largo, and performed At Temple Beth Or. I am a member of the South Florida Story Tellers Guild. The best thing about storytelling
is that it is for young and old alike. It is a great opportunity to play all the charactors, and you can never be to old to
perform as long as you can make people laugh and cry, and somewhere along the way, maybe even make a difference in someone
else's life.
